Company Extends Spanish Language Product Line with Introduction of ChangeGear for Latin American Market

SAN JOSE, CA. (August 16, 2022)—Serviceaide, Inc., a global provider of modern IT and enterprise service management solutions, today announced continuing momentum in Latin America, including a strong, established customer base in South America and an expanded sales and support presence in Mexico. The company recently introduced a Spanish language version of its ChangeGear ITSM platform in the region, adding to its existing regional product line of the Luma Virtual Agent Suite and Intelligent Service Management (ISM) ITSM solution. ISM is a popular platform with partners as it serves as a foundational service management platform for their BPO, ITO, and MSP businesses.  

The company has also established a Spanish-language website to support its growing market presence in Latin America and Mexico at Serviceaide – Español and will be introducing a Portuguese version this Fall.
